Since all of our offerings, such as Reels Bundles, E-books, Digital Planners, OTT Subscriptions, Plugins, and Templates, are digital, our delivery process differs from traditional shipping. 1. Digital Product Delivery
All products purchased on Aribify are digital and are delivered electronically, ensuring instant or near-instant access.
- Instant Download Links: After completing a successful purchase, you will receive an email confirmation containing a download link or access instructions for the digital product(s).
- Email Confirmation: The email will be sent to the address provided during checkout. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
- Member Account Access: For some products, especially those that offer updates (such as plugins or templates), you may be required to create an account. This allows you to access downloads and updates at any time.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Immediate Access: For most digital products, you will receive instant access to the download links once the payment is successfully processed. If there is any delay due to technical issues, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting customer support.
- Subscription Services (OTT Subscriptions): For subscription-based services, such as OTT subscriptions, you will receive an activation email with login details and instructions. This access is usually granted within a few minutes after purchase, but delays can occur depending on payment verification or system processing.
3. Accessing Digital Products
You can access your purchased digital products in the following ways:
- Via Email Link: After purchase, a link to download or access your product will be sent to your email address.
- Via Account: If you have an account with Aribify, you can log in anytime to re-download your digital products or check for product updates.
- Update Notifications: If your product comes with regular updates (such as software or plugins), you will be notified via email when new versions are available.
4. Troubleshooting Non-Delivery Issues
In rare cases, delivery issues may arise. If you do not receive your digital product within 30 minutes of completing your purchase, please take the following steps:
- Check your spam/junk folder to ensure the confirmation email did not get filtered.
- Ensure that the payment has been successfully processed. Pending or failed payments will not trigger a download link.
